sonnet
In the cold darkness of the night,
My fantasy unfolded his wings,
Letting me alone in this fight,
In the breeze outside he swings.
I watched him away flying,
Leaving me lonely without a thought,
No matter what, truthful or lying,
A joy to my heart it would have brought.
So now I’m sinking to desperateness,
I can’t even write down what I’m feeling,
I’m crying out my uselessness,
Into the darkness I’m screaming.
So, my Muse, thank you for leaving me,
Making painfully and hopelessly feeling me.
